- Conceptualize and execute initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
- Support in strategic initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Support in Leadership and critical talent assessment and development centers.
- Support in end-to-end IDP and career management of critical top talent in organization.
- Strengthen IJP process in the organization.
- Support in identification of critical roles across organization.
- Support in creating and managing IDPs for successor for critical roles.
- Maintain dashboard and proactively manage the succession transitions for the critical roles.
- Update JDs for all roles in the organization.
- Review the functional competence and skillsets for the roles on periodic basis. Review the functional competency framework with L&D Specialist.
