Job Purpose & Scope:
The purpose of this role is to build learning culture and facilitate continuous development of talent in the organization.
Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities :
Design & Implement Learning Initiatives :
- Implement Learning Architecture for the organization.
- Lead Leadership development, Senior- mid management learning initiatives- functional, leadership competencies and culture intervention
- Create and execute learning programs to enhance current and future skills of talent.
- Lead annual Training Need Identification and implement learning calendar.
- Design and integrate various learning methods with talent and career management framework (e.g., Coaching, job-shadowing, online training, on the job training, peer learning and new learning methods)
- Build fungible skills to drive talent mobility and Internal Job movements.
- Build learning culture in the organization.
- Lead Employer branding initiatives by participating in L&D awards, driving employee participation in external panel discussions, seminars etc.
- Undertake process improvement projects in collaboration with HRBP's.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors
Content Designing and Facilitation
- Review LMS content and enhance offerings for maximum adoption of employees.
- Create in-house programs for competency and culture interventions, evaluate vendors, partners, and facilitators.
- Develop pool of in-house facilitators and external facilitators to deliver competency-based interventions.
- Facilitate classroom and virtual workshops!
L&D operations :
- Manage operational activities for leadership and managerial interventions!
- Publish learning MIS and leader dashboard on learning completion and impact.
Experience:
- 6-8 yrs of minimum, preferably in consumer goods industry /sales organization
- Experience of Competency framework development
- Minimum 2 years of experience of managing leadership development intervention
