- Design and execute initiatives that will shape and sustain a value-based organizational culture and create an employer brand.
- Lead Employee Engagement surveys as well as external benchmark surveys, to discover employee concerns and drive improvements at organization and department levels.
- Implement new survey/technology platforms (Marvel AI) to check employee pulse and enhance employee experience
- Roll out new initiative to enhance legacy based cultural challenges at organization and department levels
- Manage programs designed to build greater sense of community among employees through various employee experience/engagement initiatives
- Define EVP for organization to attract, engage and retain employees
- Implement changes and new initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
- Enhance employer branding by improving visibility of people practices on social and print media platforms
- Participate in external HR awards and certification to strengthen HR branding and Employer branding
- Manage employer branding initiatives in campus to attract talent to the organization.
- Manage campus hiring initiatives - MTs, SMAs and Specialist roles.
- Design and manage Sprint program journey for MTs.
- Support HRBPs for SMA's Journey management.
- Design and implement initiatives to engage and retain the talent pool.
