Roles and Responsibility:

1. Implement Talent Management frameworks, policies, programs, processes, systems across the organization.

2. Identify and create successor pipelines for Leadership positions, senior management and other critical positions.

3. Develop IDPs for identified successors and offer development support.

4. Help employees to meet their career aspirations through role mobility and career transitions.

5. Run engagement & retention programs to retain high performing employees and build bench strength.

6. Review job families and unique roles in order to promote a role-based structure/organization Model.

7. Support new and current employees to understand their roles and expectations, with the help of JDs as well as Role-related Functional and behavioral competencies.

8. Support integration of Leadership Competency and Functional Competency frameworks into HR Processes.

9. Work with the Compensation and Benefits team to undertake job levelling or Job Evaluation exercise to finalize levels, grades, designations and salary Bands.

10. Design new initiatives to drive improvements based on employee feedback from various surveys.

11. Strengthen talent acquisition platforms - IJPs, hiring and onboarding processes.

12. Support strategic initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.

13. Design and implement initiatives to strengthen organization culture.

14. Provide inputs on future of work and pool ideas to build progressive HR practices.

Education: MBA/PGDM (Human Resources) from an institute of repute.

Exp: 12 Years (At least 7-9 years of experience in Talent Management role)
