- Guide the HRBPs (HR Business Partners) and line leaders to define objectives for business, team and individual level scorecards. Offer input to improve Total Rewards Strategies, policies and solutions to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage & drive company-wide annual compensation planning cycle and ensure delivery of performance-based rewards. Maintain annual pay budgets, compensation details of all employees, and compensation revision requests.
- Work with compensation partners for salary surveys and benchmarking exercises. Support Talent Management team and HRBPs with compensation related inputs for hiring and retention. Maintain 100% correct compensation and related data in success factors.
- Undertake HR Analytics projects focused on compensation and rewards, productivity and attrition. Oversee the reward & recognition program and employee benefits across the organization.
