Job purpose & Scope :   Below the Line (BTL) Activation - Planning and operationally implementation of various Brand / product centric BTL programs at regional and national level.   Major Areas of Responsibilities :   - Independently Responsible for BTL activations at national and regional level  - Reporting to HO Retail Lead on everyday basis  - Coordinates with agency partners and ensure timely briefing as per brand guidelines for successful execution  - Building vendor network of various regional level BTL agencies / implementers / Printers   - Ensure brand guidelines and quality standard are strictly followed   - Complete know how of various POSM elements and various technical and material specification involved in printing and production eg. Posters, Danglers, Buntings, Inshop branding panels, shop signages, LED boards, Shop - in-shops, experience zone, etc.  - Develop and execute new concepts and innovative POSM   - Coordinates with all location/branches for timely execution and ensure regular updation of the projects to the HO lead  - Develop plans to achieve the desired signage and retail branding share for the company.   Functional Competencies :   - Hands on experience in understanding various POSM and activation linked technicalities such as material specs, print production   - On ground Implementation Ensuring the projects are implemented to perfection at retail and store level   Person Specifications :   Essential Qualification : Minimum Graduate in any discipline  Desired Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate with a degree/diploma in communication, printing, etc.  Experience : 2 to 5 years  Industry Preference : Consumer Durable, Telecommunication, FMCG, etc.
