Hands on experience in below areas would be required :  - Behavioral Assessment Practice  - Competency Based Interviews & Behavioral Event Interviews  - 360 Degree Analysis & Feedback   - Assessment/Development Centers  - Content Design, Training need analysis & Delivery of training programs  - Design & Execution of e- learning systems  - Must have worked in setting-up competency frame work for Medium/Large size organizations  - He/she will be responsible of maintain the documents pertaining to L&D, training records, material etc.  - Carry out analysis of the sessions & publish reports  - Maintain & track the L&D budget  - Candidate with experience in recruitment/talent management will be an added advantage.  This position would include 70 % L&D and 30 % HR BP activities and would be reporting to L&D Head.
