Purpose of the Job :

Field Intelligence and Investigations

Deliverables

- Improve adverse mortality experience

- Develop network of Investigation Agencies

- Breaking Fraud Cartels/ Nexus through Field Intelligence network

- Liaise with Police authorities and advocates for filling Police Complaints on proven fraud cases.

- Empanelling Retd ACP/ Police Officers for FIR conversions and Police Arrests

- Mystery shopping and seeding exercise

- Investigation of High Value / Suspicious Claims/ Live Verification of suspicious applications

- Industry Collaboration on Fraud Prevention

- Field Training and Awareness

- Spurious calling - Actions

- Skip Tracing - Unclaimed Funds

Educational Level :

Must have:

Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Economics/Business Management/ Ideal would be a MBA Degree

Work Experience :

Must have:

- Experience in Fraud/ Risk/ Compliance Management

- High Proficiency in dealing with Police and Government Authorities
