Manage CABR Key Accounts - Plan, control and manage business development, partner management for Key Brokers and Corporate Agents of CABR Channel; Drive acquisition goals and metrics such as Pre-Sales Pitching, Liasoning with various internal departments to role out Tech Platforms , Integrating various backend processes, Managing Service and escalations with corporates, persistency and policy issuance; Innovate, improve and align across product needs, processes and technology to Building Robust Tech Systems and drive NTB(New to BALIC) business growth through CA & BR
1. AOP and LRP planning
- Manage the key stakeholders of Corporates and Internal Functions and Sales Teams
- Develop Tech Platforms to expand business for NTB channel for CABR partners
- Contribute to various modelling methods, for the channel and determining ideas for increasing market share and establishing market leadership
- Identify customer segments, new product ideas, ways to make entry in new spaces, niche markets etc in the corporate world
- Working on Futuristic Tech Platforms which integrate into partners Domains through AI or Virtual Reality
2. Managing Business Service for the CABR relationships
- Take complete ownership of Acquiring and owning Process integration and Servicing.
3. Business development / Partner management
- Execute Key Account strategy for each relationship in CABR
- Key Account ring fencing, servicing and increasing employee penetration
- Engage vertical, horizontally including the senior management and sales team of the Partners to drive BALIC business objectives
- Continuously engage with partner stakeholders to influence them on BALIC proposition and to explore new opportunities
- Generate ideas and alternatives with respect to processes, technology, products and new lines of categories to achieve set objectives with the partner for NTB avenues.
- Gather and analyze inputs from data analytics, competition benchmarking, market intelligence, new products in the market, etc. to apply learnings for partner business
- Enhance effectiveness of partner sales team through specialized training, product inputs, training of sales team, etc. to achieve sales growth;
- Driving Worksite Campaigns through key partners employees through various models like Physical worksites, tech enabled worksites, webinars or others campaign modes as selected
- Engage with partners to achieve exclusivity, continuously explore ways to give better value, service and profitability
4. Product, process and technology
- Undertake competition benchmarking on a regular basis across corporates such as products, processes and technology to continuously innovate, gather intelligence on disruptions in the market.
- Drive technology and process integration with brokers - on digital, Marketing visibility, compliance etc
- Evaluate and generate ideas for improvements related to APIs, technology, etc.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and give customer delight through efficient and simple processes
5. MIS
- Relationship wise, zone wise, internal FOS productivity, ATS, product penetration, lead flow analysis etc
- Analyze on a monthly basis to determine numbers for activities, leads, business numbers, service issues and other data to identify opportunities
- Oversee data analysis to ensure sharper data cuts are used based on inferences, trend analysis, etc.
- Explore alternatives to increase persistency efficiency such as credit standing instruments, e-mandates, efficient manual process, auto payments, etc.
- Influence and seek partner support to drive persistency; Guide execution of campaigns such as email, calling, marketing campaigns.
6. Policy Issuance / Operational efficiency /Servicing /Frauds
- Seek underwriting exceptions and deviations approval based on learnings from competition through Sales teams and other designated seniors, benchmarking, analysis of customer segments and products for higher straight through processes; Put up recommendations to the Underwriting head, Operations head and HOD for approval
- Liaison with Operations team on delays/ inefficiencies to ensure timely issuance, enhance straight through process; Seek opportunities to enhance efficiency in getting approval from the internal / partner teams
- Manage the entire Escalation matrix and processes
- Highlight and analyze fraud and early claim trends to drive scale efficiency
