Develop data and digital related strategies to facilitate future business models. Evaluate existing and emerging technologies and build insights to enhance operational efficiency and to mitigate existing problem statements. Data collection and analysis, analytics to build data backed insights PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Strategic direction and advisory role - Lead specific projects to propose opportunity/ solution through data, tech and digital driven insights. - Analyze ambiguous and complex business situations, emerging opportunities to provide forward-looking analyses. - Develop and articulate the associated use cases and business value, and drive engagements with internal and external stakeholders to create strategies for business. 2. Analyze and evolve digital, tech and data priorities - Understand and document technology and data usage across channels & functions with respect to specific projects e.g. expense of management - Define prioritized roadmap collaborating with business, IT and operations teams for execution aligned to regulatory and business model changes - Leverage existing digital and data solutions to improve efficacy for channel reach, process improvement, etc - Inputs digital, tech and digital plans in overall consulting roadmap 3. Data & digital platform monetization - Identify and drive data driven initiatives e.g. customer insights, channel insights, product insights, regulatory and competitive insights to support planning & improve execution - Work with internal teams to plan & adjust digital platforms for structural changes (e.g. open architecture) to best suit our business growth & sustenance 4. Reporting & governance - Plan frequency of reports, consumer of reports & formats of report along with respective IT and analytics teams - Review the reports for veracity randomly & suggest corrections for deviations. - Acts as single point of contact for all reporting & data needs for consulting projects and ad hoc requests 5. Monitoring/ AOP / Budgeting & Shareholder Review Presentation - Devises mechanisms to monitor progress & success and key performance indicators monitoring for consulting projects and related metrics - Provide data support to NHOD for Budgeting / share holder reviews. - Assist NHOD in analyzing data points to be incorporated in AOP/Budgeting & share holder review presentations. Qualifications o Minimum Qualification: MBA or equivalent/ Masters in any stream with insurance / BFSI experience Work Experience o Min. 5+ years of relevant work experience o Experience in driving data & technology driven projects for business teams o Track record of executing/ leading complex or large data & technology project (s)
