Purpose of the Job
- To develop content for PIT & in parallel extend training
- KPI would be split between content development & training as content development will not continue the activity.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
- Developing Product related content
- Sales training related content
- Competition
- Content for classroom on as well digital
- Coordinating with various stakeholders for content development
- As & when required should be able to organize & deliver training
Major Challenges :
- Frequent changes and updates by sales teams
- Languages may have coordinate with translators
Decision level :
- Prime: Final Decision-Making authority, accountable to the Management
- Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis
- Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others
Demonstrable Competencies
Key/ Distinguishing for the Role :
- Language proficiency - Written
- Understanding of business and domain knowledge
- Creativity
- Knowledge of various tools for content development (esp. PowerPoint & Animation)
Educational Level :
- Must have: Graduate in relevant stream
- MBA
Work Experience
Must have :
At least 5 years of experience preferably in Life/General Insurance - 1-2 years in content development
