- Business Planning & Shareholders governance

- Anchor LRP (Long Range Plan) and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) end to end : in terms of strategy, data analysis, research support, theme ideation, key strategic drivers and event planning

- Prepare CEO related content for strategic meets and Quarterly Board Presentation

- Driving key needle movers, strategic initiatives and actionable for various department business reviews

- Managing all Monthly Shareholder Business Reviews and Managing Shareholder expectations & interactions

- CEO Direct Report Review, Strategic initiatives

- Arrange regular reviews of CEO direct reports, relevant skip levels and key strategic initiatives/projects (All departments)

- Content preparation for all CEO External engagements like Life Council, IIM Sambalpur, Christ Lavasa, IIB ,IRDAI & media houses

- Timely tracking and optimize the business reports on regular intervals, that are critical for the business through Qlik Sense (Dashboard)

- Metrics Management

- Define metrics for all key initiatives impacting business

- Track & report movements in metrics on a regular basis to CEO

- Monthly key sales related requirements from HO to be documented and closed

- Customer complaints marked to CEO

- Gather all necessary information complaint description, and relevant supporting documentation

- Analyze customer complaints marked to CEO

- Doing root cause analysis & making sure preventive measures are implemented
