Agency Head – Asst Manager/Deputy Manager

Position - Agency Head – Asst Manager/Deputy Manager

Experience - 4-7 yrs

Location - Cochin (Willing to travel around kerala)

Category – General Insurance

Responsibility:

- Will be responsible for driving the business of the micro satellite office.

- Will have to look after individual as well as target of the entire team

- Driving the agents (new recruits as well as existing agents) to achieve premium targets & also driving them to increase their productivity

- Should be able to identify & recruit fresh insurance agents from the market

- Relationship management / servicing the agents

- Driving a team of Agency developers towards the above mentioned responsibilities

- Help in coordinating and initiating training for new agents and facilitate the licensing of agents (IRDA)
