- Lead a team of people directly involved in performance advertising and marketing analytics. - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and mobile app across and is responsible for performance across each of these advertising platforms along with relationship management with key partners like Google, Facebook, &amp; more. - Prepare annual budget for advertisement, events, promotional activities and ensure that the same is not exceeded. - Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with key people within the organization as well as external 3rd party agencies working towards aggressive growth targets on an annual basis. - Lead marketing analytics for the company - formulate and institutionalize best practices for ROI measurement and optimization across marketing channels and customer touch points - Work with teams across functions (such as Product, Engineering, Category etc.) in evaluating and implementing optimal marketing automation solutions from time to time - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Skill Sets: - Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords WebTrends) - Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition - In-depth experience with data mining and analysis. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WORDPRESS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities - Self-motivated, passionate and proactive; a team player - Good knowledge of E-commerce industry dynamics preferred, but not a pre-requisite - Well-honed strategic capability balanced with creativity and readiness to roll-up sleeves to drive success/impact. - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
