Area Sales Manager for Riaan Wellness Pvt Ltd !

Riaan Wellness is a new Ayurveda products entity of the Kolkata-based Baidyanath Group, an established classic Ayurveda product brand built over 80 years and recognized pan-India. It will tap into the large untapped need for proprietary Ayurvedic formulations in personal care and health food products. Setup as a high-growth start-up entity just before the pandemic, Riaan Wellness already offers a range of consumer products like health juices, geriatric care products, hair care products and women products with a goal to deliver on the efficacy promise of its health-focused products. Two of these products have already enjoyed exponential growth in sales in the last year despite the tough conditions.

Throughout the years we have diligently looked for ayurvedic products that were built on the concepts of superior Ayurveda infused with best manufacturing process. Ayurveda has introduced numerous products that have transformed health but recent lifestyle induced health concerns have been alarmingly high, so has been the consciousness of people regarding Ayurveda.

This made us ponder upon the idea of creating a range of lifestyle solution products that preserve health and balance the disharmony within the body. Thus Vansaar was created by some learned individuals, researchers and ayurvedic experts who brought in high quality herbs, elevated wisdom and unique approach.

Coming from the house of Baidyanath, Vansaar combines Ayurvedic wisdom with modern approach and provides plethora of health benefits. With herbs procured from the forests Vansaar represents deep rooted knowledge and incredibly layered research behind each product.

Vansaar now aims to create a transformative experience through its wide range of products under the category Swasth, Ahaar and Saundarya which meet the high wellness standards of individuals and have a lasting impact on health.


About the Role :

Strategy and Planning

- Driving business development in the region.

- Analysing the sales trend and taking corrective actions to drive business.

- Acquire knowledge regarding competition products, category and channel expertise.

- To plan, prepare and have control over sales budget, sales forecast and sales plan.

- Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.

- Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.

Team Management

- Generating sales of company products in the region through a team of Sales officers and salesmen on third party payroll.

- To develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an high performing sales team

- Revenue orientation.

- Setting targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan.

- Meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region managed.
