2. Job Description :

- Achievement of assigned sales target as per Business Plan.

- Ensuring range selling and strong secondary sales focus.

- Drive Direct distribution coverage as per plan by focusing on key Distributors/ Areas/Outlets.

- Ensuring coverage as per Company requirements

- Ensure fast response to Competitor activities in terms of driving Secondary & Territory (Trade activities & Schemes/ merchandising related/ In-shops promotions).

- To Influence Brand Development Initiatives in his area.

- Ensuring dispatches to distributors as per set route plan

- Implementing robust Sales & Distribution system at the field force/ Distributor/ SS level.

- Ensure Distributor/ SS infrastructure.

- Ensure commercial hygiene.

- Control damages and maintaining stock hygiene at Distributor/ SS/ Retail levels

- Implementation of the Co's policies both internally/ externally.

- Provides proper MIS to HO, by putting effective system to capture the same from SEs/ISRs.

- Market feedback/ competitor information to HO.

- Ensure timely submission of distributor/ SS claims and ensure commercial discipline should follow.

- Sales forecasting.

- Motivate team and trade partners.

- Understanding and managing key outlets

3. Profile

a. The candidate will need to be a seasoned Area Sales Manager with FMCG (Food) sales. He should have worked extensively in Entire North Region.

b. The ideal candidate should have worked in sales of packaged foods (Biscuits Breakfast Cereals / Snack Foods) with an MNC / well organized Indian Company

c. He should be a dynamic go getter with a strong focus on delivering results. He should be able to function effectively on his own in a relatively unstructured environment

d. He should have a minimum of 8 years of sales experience with at least 4yrs of managing independently a region and may be around 32-35 yrs old

e. An MBA degree is preferred but not essential for this position.

4. Remuneration : Salary no bar for the right candidate.
