KRA's: - Lead IBC business in region - Lead profitability of the IBC model for the assigned region. - Ensure 10% month on month growth on digital product inventory decrement of IBC - Create local tie-ups with various business networks &amp; communities, implement Go To Market (GTM) designed for product launches for IBCs - Generate, nurture and convert leads for high revenue products like white labeling and case studies. Including B2B meetings and presentations Sales Operations : - Key Account Managers for high revenue and high product subscription clients - Go To Market (GTM) for new product lines including B2B meetings, B2C market storming campaigns Product sales training : - Train channel partner(s) and IBCs on various products in class room sessions/webinars for (B2B and B2C sales) - Train Channel Partners and IBCs to conduct high level business meetings for sales conversion of various products (B2B meetings and sales) - Train tele-callers of channel partners on outbound tele-sales Process : - Create and adhere to PJP based on business requirements - Give feedback on present content and desired content to make it more effective - Co-create content with relevant product heads for effective B2B sales - Improve on channel satisfaction scores Bada Business Pvt Ltd : - We are an Educational training platform focused on the burning problems of entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs.
