Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive the product planning and its implementation in the Bada Business app

- Manage overall product lifecycle

- Work with engineering team to create product prototypes / first level versions for view of senior management

- Speak with customers and analyze consumer needs, current market trends

- Compare overall product experience with comparative products in the market. Assess competitor offerings.

- Develop, implement and maintain product build and launch timelines.

- Implement growth hacking within the product experience - growth features in-app / web product

- Present new product experience ideas

- Train marketing team on product understanding for right go to market

Desired Skill Set (Technical)

- Strong understanding of UX/ UI

- Software development experience (app and web)

- Strong understanding of product growth

Desired Skill set(Non-technical)

- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

- Proven team collaboration and management skills
