Product Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements which will make business sense.

- Collecting the data, interpreting, analyzing, and developing the reports and dashboards from below platforms: Moengage/Clevertap and Google analytics

- Understanding the Data, user segmentation and creating the cohorts to create rules to drive traffic engagement, retention and growth

- Generating reports from single or multiple systems

- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects in MS Excel and PowerBI platforms

- Ability to work with structured as well as unstructured data and derive meaningful insights

- Should be able understand user requirements and articulate the same to the technology team

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience in report, Dashboard and user segmentation on Moengage / Clevertap

- Advanced SQL / Data mining skills and analytical tools (like R/ Python/ SAS)

- Basic knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to analyze large data set and create meaningful visualization and reports
