KRA's - Responsible for story-boarding product, processes, policies and IT applications content in instructor lead and self-learning style for employees and channel partners. - Responsible for writing FAQ's for product and processes /Best Practices in self-learning/conversation/story telling style for employees and channel partners - Proofread and make desired corrections in the content prepared by Graphic Designers - Researching and organizing facts for all types of content creation and ascertaining that content thus made is factual - Draft email communications/ what's app/SMS messages for broadcast for employees/channel partners and customers on various products and processes. - Story boarding all said content for blended learning in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc. - Work on a project delivery method to have all content created and broad-casted on time Mandatory Skill Set (Technical) 1) Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 2) Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) &amp; Content Management Systems (CMS) 3) Storyboarding, instructional designing 4) Working knowledge of photoshop, flash animation &amp; adobe animate Desired Skill Set (Non-technical) 1) Innovative content approach focusing on high-quality deliverables 2) Love for writing and using it as a weapon of choice to express 3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4) Excellent grasp of English &amp; Hindi language 5) Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 6) 3+ years training design experience creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led and self-paced training. 7) 2+ years- experience with instructional design experience preferred. 8) 2+ years- experience working with instructional designers.
