Social Media Head
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand's voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and drive engagement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to integrate social media campaigns into overall marketing initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in Media Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting captivating copy.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team towards achieving social media goals.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
