Bada Business - General Manager - Investor Relations

- Responsible for end-to-end transaction execution of investment opportunities/Fund raising in the market.

- Portfolio management including risk monitoring to realize desired performance and investment returns.

- Prepare fund raising plans for various projects that will meet organization's strategic goals.

- Preparing and sending application (Meeting Banker, Potential Debt Investors) for arranging and borrowing for the company.

- Create a sustainable & diversified fund raising portfolio.

- Handling queries of investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Stake-holders.

- Preparing various investor decks, CMA, QIS, portfolio cuts for Rating Agencies.

- Monitoring of investment portfolio time to time as required by management.
