Bada Business - Content Development Role - Training

- This is a specialized job to design Instructions for both digital and classroom training Programs.

- Prepare Sales Training modules as per the requirement with-in the defined time line.

- Design customized & channel specific modules based on the requirement raised by the channel and/ sales, these modules are based on sales, skill, communication etc.

- Design the workbooks, Sales tools, Training Tools

- Track training completion of modules (including regulatory reporting) and measure business impact
