Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies: The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract the best candidates for the organization.
- Manage the recruitment team: The Talent Acquisition Lead manages a team of recruiters and sets goals, provides training, and evaluates performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers: The Talent Acquisition Lead works closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and builds strong relationships to provide excellent support and service.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines: The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates to fill positions as they become available.
- Manage job postings and candidate screening: The Talent Acquisition Lead manages job postings and candidate screening processes to ensure that candidates are qualified for the positions they apply for.
Conduct interviews: The Talent Acquisition Lead conducts interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and personality fit.
- Negotiate job offers: The Talent Acquisition Lead negotiates job offers with candidates, making sure they align with company compensation and benefits policies.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics: The Talent Acquisition Lead monitors recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve the recruiting process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: The Talent Acquisition Lead stays current with the latest recruiting trends and technologies, and incorporates them into the recruiting process as appropriate.
