Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience to oversee and lead our enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of enterprise project requirements, and a strong ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.

- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to team members.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

- Create and manage project budgets, tracking and reporting on project financials. Identify and address budget variances.

- Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, and risks.

- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.

- Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Implement effective change management processes to handle project scope changes and unexpected challenges.
