Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs.

- Lead a team of Business Analysts to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements.

- Translate enterprise clients' needs into clear and actionable project requirements.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery.

- Oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and testing activities.

- Facilitate communication between enterprise clients and technical teams to ensure project alignment.

- Lead the design and review of user interfaces for usability and alignment with business goals.

- Continuously monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report to stakeholders.

- Understanding the client's industry, business goals, and competitive landscape to offer tailored solutions

- Negotiating contracts, scopes, and expectations to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties

- Effective communication is crucial for understanding client needs, explaining complex concepts, and maintaining clear, ongoing communication

Secondary Skills:
