About the role : The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Expectations :

- Work closely with founding team to define the product strategy and roadmap

- Analyze user behavior and identify key pain points, objections of users

- Come up with solutions to solve consumer pain points and translate them into product features.

- Come up with product features that act as marketing tools for business growth

- Work with business stakeholders to define new feature scope documents.

- Work with UI/UX designers to deliver product specification documents that can be shared with the technology team

- Prioritize new feature development and corresponding justification through an ongoing framework

- Prior experience in development/product management on the Facebook platform is a plus.

- Identify tools and services that can be deployed quickly to cut down development cycles or ongoing reliance on the technology team

- Develop sales tools and collateral

- Thorough in data analysis feature modeling based on data.

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

- Be an expert with respect to the competition

- Act as a leader within the company

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager

- Extreme attention to detail

- Prior experience in technical product management on the Facebook platform is a plus.

- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products

- 3+ years of experience in a product manager role in a fast-growing market

- Experience in online products / B2B Products / SaaS / Analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Post Graduate or MBA Highly Preferred

- Technical background, with experience in online product building

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
