Business Intelligence: Our BI department works closely with multiple other functions to provide value-added research, customer research, data visualization dashboards, analytics for product and marketing, etc. As a leading member of this team, you will work closely with senior members of various business functions such as Sales, Product, Marketing & Finance to understand the needs of each area and provide them with business-critical, decision- making insights and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

- As a Senior BI & Data Analytics, your role will be to enable all areas within the organization to get quality and useful metrics to be able to use for decision making.

- Define and implement well-defined processes for ETL and creating reports, dashboards, visualizations, and research reports, etc to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

- Work closely with the technology team to automate the flow of data into consolidated data portals.

- Work closely with marketing, sales, product team to understand business requirements.

- Manage a team of BI and data-analytics including assign them projects, and closely evaluate their performances and provide mentorship.

Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree is highly preferred) in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics from Tier 1 college/university

- Must-Have than 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics reporting

- Extremely fluent in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Presentation, etc.

- Hands-on Experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics Clever tap, Mix Panel or Tableau / Power BI or any other marketing panel

- At least 5 yrs. of experience in writing SQL Queries or Integration

- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and problem identification.

- Expertise regarding data modeling, database design development
