Job description:

- Oversee the complete HR Operations of the company.

- Heading HR Planning, Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Performance Evaluation, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Redressal, Compensation Management, Exit Formality

- Maintain HRIS across the organization.

Required Candidate profile:

- MBA-HR with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in same profile.

- Knowledge of Applicable Labor Laws and related Policies.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
