We are seeking a couple of Human Resource Managers to work as expats on contract with our company for a bridge repair project beginning from the beginning of March 2024 with a duration of 21 months in Cameroon, Africa. Benefits: Fair pay, 3 roundtrip tickets, travel assistance, accommodation assistance and insurance. Overtime pay and end of contract bonus. Applicants should be willing to temporarily relocate for this project. 3 weeks paid leave within contract duration.

Responsibilities:

- Recruiting and staffing

- Organizational departmental planning;

- Performance management and improvement systems;

- Organization development;

- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;

- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;

- Policy development and documentation;

- Employee relations;

- Company-wide committee facilitation;

- Company employee and community communication;

- Compensation and benefits administration;

- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;

- Employee services and counseling.
