Job Overview:
Baazi Games is looking for a social media marketing specialist who can combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance our brands' social media presences, including promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, ORM and expanding opportunities for revenue. Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement social media strategy for Pokerbaazi to align with marketing goals including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Grow and expand brands' social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by collaborating with cross-functional teams including advertising, product development, and brand management
- Brainstorm new, innovative, and creative growth strategies for the brands in-charge including paid social media campaigns with objectives of new player acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with industry professionals, celebrities, and influencers, to expand social audiences and support content strategies with objectives of TOMA & new player acquisition.
- Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social mediaimplementation best practices and strategies.
- Collects customer data and analyse interactions, plus track social media performance to create comprehensive social media reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Research and monitor the activity of competitors, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Candidate Requirement
- Hands-on experience on working, monitoring, and improving on different social media performance metrics.
- Experience and exposure to B2C marketing is a must
- Gaming background preferable though not mandatory.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of social media and ORM analytics tools
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Problem-solving attitude.
Prior Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in Social Media Marketing
- Degree in Communications or Marketing
