Baazi Games - Payroll Specialist

PAYROLL :

-Deep understanding of various concepts of payroll, its application in the payroll system & implications in different situations

- End to End Payroll processing until finalization of payroll on a monthly basis

- Execute multiple micro-processes post finalization of salary until the delivery of payroll

- Should be well versed in reporting of different reports to different stakeholders in the company

- Should be proactive and able to think of multiple solutions and scenarios for a problem

- Should be confident to answer employee queries and provide them with solutions readily

- Ability to deal with banks & various other external vendors

COMPLIANCES :

- Should have the knowledge & good understanding of statutory & labor compliances

- Should be well versed in preparing data for filing TDS returns, PF returns, Professional tax returns, Labor welfare funds in the systems

- Should have the experience of dealing with different compliance vendors to get all the compliances in place

- Arrangement of various helpdesk in office premises to address employee queries regarding payroll, PF, tax, and other compliances

ACCOUNTING /AUDITS :

- Should know monthly payroll journal entries booking & processes related to accounting leading to month-end closing

- Should have the capability to clear all payroll related reconciliations

- Experience in working with internal auditors, statutory auditors & tax auditors
