Position: Business Analyst - Predictive Modeler

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, economics, physics or operations research. MBA or PhD a significant plus.

- Strategic Analytics is a new and growing group and we are looking for predictive modelers to join us as we expand the use of advanced analytics throughout the organization.

- We are looking for bright, energetic, highly motivated modelers who would like to join our group in advancing analytics and fast-based decision making.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in handling big datasets in SAS

- Strong analytical & data handling skills

- Experience in statistical modeling specially in Logistic Regression, Segmentation and Time series Forecasting

- Experience in developing predictive modeling, preferably in General Insurance related area

- Understanding business context, applying analytical acumen and making sense out of numbers

- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
