DRIVING PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS & CHANGE ACROSS DELIVERY THROUGH USAGE OF LEAN AND SIX SIGMA PRINCIPLES ACROSS THE ORGN, DELIVERING BUSINESS IMPACT, TRANSFORMATION & EFFICIENCY IMPACT WHILE LEADING BB TEAMS & DRIVING KEY BUSINESS INITIATIVES
Detailed Role description
1. Quality Program Management: Significant professional experience (preferably within a large global corporation) including at least one year in leadership positions charged with the ownership of a multi-site quality program
2. Work with Quality Leader(s) and other operating leaders to develop project deployment strategy, goals and priorities Serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma Projects
3. Provide leadership and direction to Global cross-functional teams empowered to execute the projects
4. Create value through project execution , as a key change agent and facilitator to drive operations to achieve maximum speed of improvement implementations while maintaining and respecting operational ownership of the processes and performance of the business
5. Partner with Global Teams on Key Business Imperatives
6. Mentor Hi-Potential Improvement Projects
7. Business Process Improvement Strong experience, driving metrics culture
8. Good knowledge of industry process models/frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Innovation
9. Developing, and delivering quality/process training programs.
10. Benchmark against best in class tools & methods and share best practices within the business.
Effectively communicate teams progress to operational and OPEX leadership
11. Integrate with the larger Operational Excellence organization to help drive organization goals
12. Drive Six-sigma culture among Senior Management
13. Provide leadership and direction to Black Belts in assigned area in executing the Lean Six Sigma strategy for breakthrough levels of improvement
