The team assists in analyzing and recommending trade strategies, model refinement and generation of monthly research reports of various kinds that aid the trading desk. 	 Responsibilities  Individual will perform as a contributing member in the   - Model Building, Refinement and Validation  - Back Testing Trading Strategies  - Trade Idea generation/ Provide bespoke Client Solutions  - Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) – analyze client performance of strategies Vs benchmark performance and model prediction  - Trading Portfolio Optimization  - Report Generation – Maintain and enhance current periodic market microstructure reports, test and implement ideas to either improve or create new reports  - Analysis of trends in market turnover (volume) at primary, alternative and dark venues   - Attend to ad-hoc/bespoke quant requests from clients  - Understand business requirements and translate those into deliverables. Identify and eliminate possible obstacles and identify alternative solutions.  - Effectively communicate business, technical and product information at all levels role within the client and bank organizations.  Requirements  - Masters degree in a quantitative discipline from top tier universities and with 3 yrs of experience  - Strong Quantitative skills.
