One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

POSITION:- Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Develop business metrics that identify opportunities across banking products on both on the revenue as well as cost lines.

- Work out analytical data driven solutions to improve the financial metric for different products.

- Collaborate with the product & Sales teams to design campaigns, regulate lead generation and derive profitability of campaigns.

- Interact with the information management team for timely delivery of campaigns/MIS and ensuring accuracy.

- Build models for cross sell of products and being responsible for higher penetration of cross-linked products on the portfolio.

- Design engagement models that can improve the longevity of customer relationships with the bank and reducing attrition.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- We are looking for MBA/Masters degree in Economics/Statistics from premier institutes with 1 - 3 years of experience in Analytics role preferably from banking industry.

Only candidates from the following premier institutes are preferred:-

- IIM,DSE,NITIE,FMS,ISI,IGIDR,SPJIMR,IIT,MSE
