- Monthly target achievements in terms of the number of customers acquired and converted.
- This will require rate negotiations, customization of offerings, and managing relationships with various stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Guide the franchise partners to achieve their targeted revenue every year.
- Compliment digital marketing efforts with innovative BTL campaigns on the ground, which could be executed via franchise partners.
- Onboarding partner turnkey contractors in each of your markets and engaging with them.
- This includes training them on our processes, monitoring their NPS, and managing the resulting churn.
- Analyzing the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs over time.
- Leading a team of sales associates and inculcating in them customer centricity, process adherence,, & enabling timely sales process changes to improve customer conversion.
