We are looking for a Lead Consultant- Leadership Development for one the leading organization into e learning and leadership development programs in India.
The Lead Consultant will build a sustainable leadership presence and revenue in the designated geography and help build the overall business. He will build a best in class customer development presence of skill and repute in key customer organizations in that geography.
The Primary Responsibilities of the Lead Consultant would be:
- Corporate/B2B sales-Concept Selling. Acquisition of new clients/corporates.
- Identify/Approach Corporates, Interact with top level management (CEO, CFO, HR Head).
- Market/Sell the training Solutions to Corporates across Industries.
- Solutions majorly include training modules in Leadership domain.
- Cold calling, fixing meetings, making presentations to the companies on the products portfolio.
Experience Required: 2-6 years of post MBA experience in client facing roles and at least 1-2 years in solutions selling. Experience in Consulting, Learning & Development or Executive Education sector is a plus but not mandatory..
Compensation: Between 10 Lac to 12 Lac (negotiable).
Location: Mumbai.
Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
