Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in international markets, targeting both B2B and B2C customers.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners.

3. Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify target markets, customer preferences, and industry trends.

4. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, sales techniques, and relationship building.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.

6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our health, beauty, and wellness products.

7. Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and generate leads.

8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.

9. Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness industry.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B and B2C environment.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct primary and secondary market research.

7. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work Independently

8. Experience in cold calling and prospecting new clients.

9. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

10. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
