Requirements: We are looking for a CA/CWA/MBA Finance with 4-5 years of relevant experience in statutory audit of corporates, compliance, risk management or corporate finance for our Insolvency Resolution practice. - Strong MS Office skills are mandatory. - Given the demands of the practice, strong commitment and demonstrated compliance and time management skills will be of utmost relevance. Job responsibilities would include: - Assisting in business development activities like preparing proposals and bid documents - Charge of execution of Insolvency Resolution assignments including review of historical financial information and identifying fraudulent transactions; overall coordination with various stakeholders, managing Creditors' meetings, liaising with Company officials, regulatory bodies, as well as external advisers.
