Azizi Bank - Chief Risk Management Officer

Education:

i. Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, Banking, Economics or other business related field.

ii. Risk Management Professional training or certification such as FRM/PRM is desirable.

Experience: 5 -7 years working experience in a Bank ( Preferred), rating Agency, or Finance Company as Risk Management Officer with responsibilities included development, credit grading activities, portfolio management and credit review /approval. Or 5-7 years experience in Credit /Risk/ fraud Management in a financial institutions. Experience in using risk Management tools such as Risk Metrics.

Duration: 3 years Contract (with 3 months of probationary period)

Compensation:

A very competitive compensation package will be offered to the right candidate, with a 3 year contract. Competitive Benefits/Salary (USD 5000-5500 pm) plus free furnished accommodation, free food and free transportation (pick and drop), passage to home twice in a year /CTC USD 70,000- 100,000.

Job Description: (but not limited to)

He will be responsible for preparation and review of Risk Policy and Procedures, Risk Management Officer with Banking experience with the leading banks. He will be responsible to administer the risk management and loss prevention programs and will have expert knowledge of Credit Risk, Operation Risk, Market Risk and Governance Risk as well as Basel II. He should have hands on working knowledge of above risks methodologies and assessments, design and implementation of Risk processes. He should Support the bank in performing risk assessments from a high level top down approach linked to strategy and a bottom up approach from key processes. CRO provides education, training and support to the employees of the risk management cell / bank heads to build awareness and accountabilities regarding risk management (losses arising from different risks) and fraud prevention requirements in the bank. CRO should provide analysis which monitors and reviews all bank operational processes and exercises on an ongoing basis. He will also be responsible for capacity development of the staff of the Bank.

Desired Candidates profile:

Candidates having 7 to 10 years experience in the commercial bank of medium to large sized commercial banking institution and having exposure to Risk Management at least for 3 years etc.
