Azgo - Manager - Growth Marketing

Azgo is an unmanned retail startup addressing on-the-go consumption of FMCG products through cashless IoT vending machines. We are backed by ITC Ltd and Tracxn. We are the market leader in Bangalore with 500 vending machines and 100K users.

We are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute innovative growth marketing strategies that drive user retention, reactivations, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and lead the overall growth marketing strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

- Drive user retention, reactivations, and revenue growth through a variety of channels, including Whatsapp, in-app marketing, brand partnerships, physical marketing campaigns and more.

- Leverage analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate actionable reports, and make data-backed recommendations.

- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify trends, and optimise marketing campaigns.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years' experience in growth marketing, preferably at a start-up

- Strong track record of designing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns that drove significant user growth and revenue

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing both the big picture and detailed execution

- Proficiency in Whatsapp marketing and MS Excel. SQL and Analytics tools is a plus.

- Ability and willingness to work in an unstructured start-up environment, take ownership and pickup initiatives
