The business is headquartered in Singapore and is owned by Apax Partners, a leading global private equity firm with deep expertise in software and technology. The business was established in 2021 by combining the product portfolio of 3i Infotech, with Candela Labs, Path Solutions and Beyontec.

Azentio has 3 product suites, across Insurance, Banking & ERP

- Insurance (Premia, Candela Labs & Beyontec Suite): end-to-end insurance management suite covering policy administration, claims management, billing, automation and digital workflows across General, Life and Medical segments.

- Banking: (Kastle, AMLOCK): universal lending & core banking suite and an anti-money laundering product; Islamic Banking (iMAL & iSHRAQ): digital Islamic core banking platform & Islamic-based Financial and Investment solutions supporting Sharia investments; Asset Management (MFund): an end-to-end suite for asset management companies

- ERP (Orion): an ERP suite focused on mid-markets, particularly in manufacturing and distribution & retail.

The products are sold on premise and cloud, follow the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) model along with professional services (implementation, maintenance, and managed services).

The company has 900+ customers across MEA, India, APAC, and US, split evenly across each vertical. Revenue is expected to grow strongly both organically & inorganically over the next few years. There are ~2,300 employees across Sales, R&D and Delivery, the majority in Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai, with a strong presence in Middle East and APAC. Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of the ONEERP SaaS product specifically catering to the finance vertical. Your role will involve understanding market needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product roadmap to ensure the product's success in the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the finance vertical's requirements. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product enhancements.

- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements, perform thorough analysis, and translate them into actionable product features and improvements.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure a cohesive product development process. Communicate effectively to align everyone with the product vision and goals.

- Feature Prioritization and Release Management: Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact. Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.

- User Experience and Design: Advocate for exceptional user experience design. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that address specific finance vertical requirements.

- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Define and monitor key product metrics, conduct regular performance analysis, and iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights.

- Market Analysis and Customer, Analyst Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Engage with customers and Analysts like Gartner, IDCto gather insights and validate product directions.

Qualifications and Skills:

This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of the finance domain to drive the success of ONEERP's Finance.

- Bachelor's or CA, CA(Inter), Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance.

- Proven experience (6-10 years) in product management, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software domain.

- Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

- Certification in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
