Title: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts.

Years of Experience: 4 to 8 Years.

Department: Finance and Accounts.

Location: Navi Mumbai and Bangalore (Hybrid).

Job Type: Permanent.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

This position will be a part of Controllership team handling the legal entities across the Group.

Key responsibilities include:.

- Preparation of financial statements independently in line with the applicable local entity GAAPs.

- Strong knowledge in understanding and incorporating the accounting standards IND AS / IFRS.

- Close coordination with external auditors during reviews and ensure the completion of the audit on time.

- General Ledger review, monthly books closure transactions and Fixed Assets.

- Expert knowledge in spreadsheet working and excellent communication skills.

- Coordination with internal stakeholders to analyse the period end transactions and finalise the schedules.

Requirements and Skills:.

- CA with experience of 5+ years,.

- Experience of getting the audit done from big 4 firms will be an added advantage,.

- Candidate should have an exposure of working with Industry/ Corporates.

- Sound knowledge of revenue recognitions concepts,.

- Strong working experience on Microsoft Excel,.

- Good verbal and written business English communication skills,.

- SAP/Netsuite working exposure is an additional advantage.

- Strong analytical and accounting skills.

- Dynamic and team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills Ability to communicate and interact effectively across all levels and functions.

- Ability to quickly grasp changes.
