Tentative Job description :

1. Range Planning

2. Define and hold design language

3. Market Intelligence

4. Digital Visual Merchandising

Requirements :

1. Design background (NIFT/NID graduates preferred)

2. Experience in sourcing/designing fashion wear in affordable luxury segment preferred

3. Entrepreneurial bent of mind

4. Zeal for excellence

Compensation:

Involves significant stock component and hence wealth creating opportunity.

Plz note that this role requires a certain amount of entrepreneurial zeal and will not be a typical 9am-5pm job.
