About Azad Wealth Management:

Serengeti Ventures Pvt Ltd started their Azad Program 3 years back. It is committed to bring Financial Freedom to its retail clients. Financial Freedom is about being comfortably afford your life choices.

Azad was conceived by Rajiv Jamkhedkar, a career banker who himself achieved financial freedom in his 40s. Together with the other core team members Chaitali Dutta (COO) and Rajesh Iyer (CBO) who have also achieved financial freedom in their 40s, Azad is a joint quest to spread the financial freedom movement and help make it come true for others.

Currently Azad has two offices- Mumbai and Gurgaon. Bangalore office is soon to open

Duties & Responsibilities :

As a Financial Coach :

1) Primary duties includes meeting clients, understanding their lifegoals, analyzing financial information and making a comprehensive Financial Plan.

2) Monitoring outcomes and action items arising from financial plan. Giving adhoc advice on all money matters of the client.

3) Conduct the Quarterly and Annual Review meetings with the customers to access & review the progress made in the quarter/ year and to update the Financial Plan, if needed

4) The candidate is expected to maintain the high levels of customer service standards of the company, be proactive in dealing with them and endeavour to provide - customer delight- in their servicing.

5) Continuing research and knowledge accumulation on various asset classes, investment products, market situation and global macroeconomic conditions & its effect on India. Understanding of Investment products and various Asset classes is a must.

Business Development :

1) Get referrals from existing clients and be an evangelist for brand AZAD.

2) Set up appointments with potential clients and do preliminary counselling and explain benefits of AZAD with an aim of signing up new clients.

3) Participate in corporate awareness and educational workshops that are conducting from time to time.

Operations and Software :

1) Handle filing, paperwork, transactional procedures for the clients, as and when required.

2) Ensure compliance to AZAD Audit guidelines and Process Manual.

3) Creation of client profile, updation of data on AZAD web software.

Skills required :

The candidate must possess following skills :

a) Relationship management and Client servicing.

b) Knowledge on Investing and Financial products.

c) Financial Planning.

The candidate must be self-driven, entrepreneurial, thorough and accurate in work.

Qualification: Candidate must possess Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.
