As an HRBP for Ecommerce, you will be responsible for partnering with the Ecommerce division within the organization to provide comprehensive HR support. You will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to align HR strategies with business objectives, promote a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement and development initiatives. Your role will encompass various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders on employee-related matters.

- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.

HR Policy and Compliance:

- Interpret and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines.

- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR, specifically within the Ecommerce sector.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

- Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute employee recognition programs and events.

- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the division.

Performance Management:

- Implement and monitor performance management processes and tools.

- Assisting managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.

- Support the identification of high-potential employees and facilitate talent development initiatives.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the organisation and coordinate training programs to address skill gaps.

- Develop and deliver training sessions on HR policies, performance management, other relevant topics.

Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a seamless integration into the Ecommerce team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in an Ecommerce or retail environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
