Job Description :&nbsp; - Detailed planning of the magazine content, coordinating within the teams to put the content together and have it ready for print &amp; digital launch. Co-ordination with content writers &amp; graphic designers to put the magazine together (print &amp; digital). - Marketing the magazine after launch in order to gain readership - Leading the magazine end to end, with the objective of monetizing the aza magazine - Creating a monthly blog plan, and supervising the same based on themes, occasions, seasons &amp; what's trending in the digital world (celebrities/films/fashion shows etc) - Supervising &amp; executing parts of the social media plan across all channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube. - Setting &amp; meeting key targets for each social media platform, and track regular progress, other content related projects such as: Managing all creative &amp; marketing requirements for Aza Trunk Shows, Store Promos etc. Job Specification:&nbsp; - Graduated &amp; MBA (Preferred from Design School/Fashion Management). - Excellent communication skills, an understanding of the Indian fashion industry, creative bent of mind, social media understanding, people management and an ability to create editorial content. - Prior e-commerce experience is a plus. - Adaptability, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Team Building and Team Management
