Director / AVP - Brand Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Formulate the brand strategy for specific business objectives ; Translate brand strategy into plans.

- Brand positioning and go-to-market strategies ; Strengthening the brand identity and positioning across online and offline channels.

- Create and closely manage brand activity execution calendars; Will lead ATL, BTL, Customer Research and 360 campaign planning & execution.

- Creating and managing customer research, and identifying brand problems and opportunities.

- Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal creatives and communications.

- Handle external Media and agency relationships.

- Develop best practices, and define and track KPIs for managing marketing success.

- Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA in Marketing / Post Graduation in relevant fields from Top Schools (Eg MICA).

- Brand management experience of at least 3-5 years, with hands-on exposure in a similar role (Candidates from start-ups/tech industries will be preferred).

- Ideal experience of being part of a team, having scaled marketing budgets from 1 Cr/ month to 5Cr/ month.

- Solid understanding of promotion and media planning.

- Both grassroots and across major mediums (Digital, TV, Print, OOH, Radio etc.).

- Expertise in creative and production processes for traditional and digital (incl. video audio) materials Data-driven approach to identifying consumer problems with data and logic.

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment.

- Hands-on project management skills to manage multiple deliverables.

- Displayed ownership of independently handling large budget initiatives.

- NP ; up to 60 days.
