Job Description :
1. Work directly with the hiring managers and stakeholders to bring the best candidates to the pipelines.
2. Create job descriptions and specifications as per the requirements.
3. Attract candidates through Job boards (Linkedin,Naukri, Indeed etc).
4. Contribute to the development of interview, on-boarding and training processes.
5. Build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace.
6. Follow up on the interview process and update trackers in the internal database.
7. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
Job Qualifications :
1. 3 to 5 years' experience required (Tech and Non-Tech roles).
2. Deep understanding of the hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets.
3. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates and the interview team throughout the hiring process.
4. Results-driven with proven experience recruiting top talent at scale.
5. Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands.
6. Love for problem-solving: work with data to make strategic and tactical decisions.
7. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom/Google Meet and structured).
8. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume Database.
